”Solidarity for a better world I”

 Edition 2021

Project carried out in partnership with “Speranța” Secondary School, “Mihai Eminescu” Secondary School from Zalău and the National Red Cross Society. An information campaign was carried out to raise society’s awareness about services for people with disabilities, but also to promote solidarity, tolerance and acceptance in community, through socio-educational actions, relaxation and socialization of children, media appearances, exchange of best practices with specialists working with people with disabilities.

The project continued throughout 2021, in the framework of the National Community Action Strategy, with new partners, namely Prader Willi Romania Association, promoting the rare diseases day, the autism and Down syndrome day, the day of people with disabilities, socio-educational actions and a volunteering gala on 5 December 2021.

Previous annual editions:

The project aimed to promote positive attitudes, respect for diversity, unconditional acceptance of people with disabilities, responsibility for own actions, equal opportunities and mutual tolerance, by carrying out educational, cultural-artistic and social activities.
