“Mărțișor for hope”

Edition 2021

The exhibition ”One Mărțișor as a gift” is offered to the large public starting to 1st of March 2021, at the County Museum of History and Art from Zalău. It is a hand crafted work made with love by children with disabilities from the ”Speranța” School Center or donated by volunteers from our NGO. Passers-by are invited to choose one mărțișor and offer it to a dear person. This activity is included in the educational project ”Mărțișor for hope”, developed by 3 partners: ”Speranța” School Center, the County Museum of History and Art from Zalău and Plai Transilvan Association.

Edition 2017

Developed in February 2017, this project brought together the following partners: the Bishopric of Sălaj, CJRAE, ISJ Sălaj, several schools from Sălaj county. The project involved organizing an Ergotherapy Workshop –  mărțișoare and greetings, a charitable campaign of Mărțișor, a fundraising for purchasing food, clothing, footwear and educational materials for students with disabilities.
